Mr. Ishii (honorific title omitted) and the mat-like sensor used in "hugsafety
What is the parenting cloud "hugmo"?
Editor:Your company is developing various services other than "hugsafety", isn't it?
Ishii: Our services are mainly used by nursery schools and kindergartens. The various services we provide are interconnected, and we call the whole of them the "hugmo" childcare cloud. The foundation of the entire service is a "contact book service" called "hugnote. Traditionally, the connection between parents and preschools has been through paper-based "contact books" and "newsletters," but this system is an electronic version of those. Information on the children in the nursery is registered, and "mutual communication between the nursery staff and parents" and "notices from the nursery" can all be exchanged via tablet or smartphone.
Edit: That's very convenient!
Ishii: You can also use the site to provide information on the daily status of childcare and school lunch menus with photos, and to manage schedules for events. It's very difficult to convey the status of childcare only by text, but adding photos makes it very easy to communicate. Also, by sending photos of the school lunches that the children ate that day and telling us what the children left out, we can make up for the lack of nutrition at home and avoid conflicts with the dinner menu. So you can avoid the situation where "the school lunch at daycare was curry, and so was dinner at home! You can avoid such a situation. Another feature that has been well received by nursery schools is the "Read Me" function. The nursery side can see if the parents have read the "various notices", and if they haven't, they can be notified again or told directly.
