Recently, nursery schools are becoming more IT-oriented, and various manufacturers are providing "childcare support systems" that manage the "attendance of children at school" and "attendance of nursery staff". CCS+Pro (short for Child Care System+Pro), which we will introduce here, is one such system. This system was developed by a company that operates "nursery schools", and its functions are getting better and better as it is linked with "nursery robots" and "nap monitoring sensors". This time, BabyTech.jp editorial department interviewed Mr. Naoki Tanaka (abbreviated name below), R&D department of social solutions Inc. which develops and operates such "CCS+Pro", and asked him about the outline of the system, development process and future development.

System development" started from just one nursery school

Editor:Let's start by asking about the background of the development of the CCS+Pro childcare support system.

Tanaka: Originally, our company was called Global Bridge, and we started with one unlicensed nursery school, Ai-Ai Nursery School Makuhari, in 2007. As we began to operate more and more nurseries, we were faced with the need to streamline the operations of our nurseries. To that end, we began creating our own "childcare support system. One day, NTT East took notice of our system, and we began selling it externally in 2014.

Editor: It's amazing that you collaborated with NTT East.

Tanaka: The fact that we were able to use NTT East's logo greatly increased our credibility (laughs). NTT East collects fees for the childcare support system and operates a support center for users. This support center is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays.
