For sudden illnesses of children during weekday evenings and holidays when hospitals are not open, the service offers "Chat Health Consultation" with a nurse, "Online Medical Examination" with a doctor on your smartphone, and "House Call" service where a doctor comes to your home.

Kids' Doctor gets even more convenient. A child health platform that gives parents peace of mind
From 28 June 2021, the service will also start to collaborate with the "Call Doctor" night-time and holiday home visit service ( see reference article ), and will begin to provide home visit services in the Tokyo city area and Osaka area, expanding the service as a service that delivers peace of mind to parents.
The company will continue to work on improving the accuracy of online medical care and eliminating the time lag that occurs when prescriptions are delivered after online medical care.
