Development process and issues addressed
Both mothers and babies have their own reasons for needing a breastfeeding device, such as "my breasts get hard too soon" or "my baby can't take much yet". We focused on what mothers were looking for in a breast pump, such as the ability to adjust the strength and rhythm of the suckling and the ability to take a lot of milk naturally and without pain.
We also wanted to know more about the actual situation of our customers as part of the development process. Therefore, we accumulated data on the use of the breast pump by mothers, which we will use to develop future products and products for the future.
