SATISFACTION SURVEY ON "CHILD WATCHING GPS SERVICE" TARGETING COMPANIES THAT SELL DEDICATED GPS HANDSETS FOR CHILDREN AND PROVIDE WATCHING OVER CHILDREN THROUGH SMARTPHONE APPLICATIONS. 1,331 SERVICE USERS AGED 18-59 NATIONWIDE WITH CHILDREN BETWEEN 3 AND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL WERE SURVEYED ONLINE FROM SEPTEMBER 29 TO OCTOBER 19, 2022. THE SURVEY WAS CONDUCTED VIA THE INTERNET FROM SEPTEMBER 29 TO OCTOBER 19, 2022.
In this first announcement, "Mimane Mimamori GPS (MIXI Co., Ltd., Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo)" received an overall score of 77.1 points and was rated No. 1 overall. In the ranking by evaluation category, MIXI ranked first in all seven categories: "ease of initial setup," "ease of use of application," "accuracy of location information," "ease of use of GPS device," "quality of GPS device," "cost performance," and "support service. In particular, it received high scores for "ease of initial setup" (82.1 points), "ease of use of GPS device" (79.9 points), "ease of use of apps" (78.4 points), and "cost performance" (76.1 points), and also ranked first among mothers in the ranking by parents.
