The survey found that the top inconveniences and discomforts felt by men in relation to childcare were difficulty in accessing nursing rooms and securing nursing space, and feeling an atmosphere of difficulty in taking parental leave in the workplace. In addition to issues with public facilities, the survey results suggest a lack of understanding of male childcare in the workplace.
