When I was looking at CrunchBase, I learned that there is a service called "Galore" that allows you to search a list of local activities for kids. It's a startup from San Francisco.

You can book activities, etc. from this service, and payment is also available via the app with credit card payment.

Galore successfully raised $1.65 million in funding last February. It has also formed a community of parents who use Galore and new options are being registered every day.
Antidone to screen time
One of Galore's concepts is an antidote (antidone) from screen time. I know exactly what you mean. lol Aside from the good and bad of smartphone parenting, if we can provide a relatively inexpensive and safe place for kids to enjoy themselves to the fullest with their other friends, that's great.
