summary

Lucmy Photo is an IoT photo service designed exclusively for nursery schools and kindergartens, with the sole purpose of reducing the burden of photo work to "zero" so that nursery school teachers can focus on their children.

If you notice, you can take a picture of a natural smile.
Photos taken are uploaded automatically. Out of focus and missed shots are automatically excluded.
Even the variation in the number of pictures taken by each preschooler is automatically checked.

These ancillary services are available.

Background of development and issues addressed

Unifa Corporation, President Toki's sister is a nursery school teacher, and she saw firsthand the difficulties nursery school teachers face on a daily basis.

We wanted to "enrich family communication" and "reduce the workload of childcare workers." We thought, "If parents could see photos of their children, which they can only see at daycare, and if grandparents could also see them, the whole family could watch their children's growth together. ?"

Furthermore, "If childcare workers only take pictures and the rest of the process is fully automated, it would reduce the time and effort required to post, collect, and distribute the pictures, and parents would not have to choose pictures during the time-consuming pick-up process.

With this in mind, he set out to develop an Internet photo service that would reduce the burden of photo work for childcare workers the most.

BabyTech Editor's Comment.

This solution comprehensively captures the photo management operations of childcare facilities from "good morning to good night".

  • Automate the process of taking pictures by using the "dedicated app" or "automatic camera".
  • Automate the time and effort of finding your own child with facial recognition.
  • Allow parents to make payments with their smartphones and automate money management.

It is inevitably within the scope of what is possible for teachers to take daily photos during their work, and it sometimes requires comprehensiveness and photography skills. I thought it would be good to have the system automatically take pictures and select good ones from among them, so that the children can see their natural faces every day without being conscious of the camera, and it would also reduce the burden on the childcare workers.
I myself make my living designing products that make everyone involved happy by designing business operations, so I can honestly say that I learned a great deal. Currently, there are about 2,300 companies that have installed the product, but we should still be able to expand our market share. I expect 5,000 facilities to install the system at next year's awards.
