On February 16, 2023 (Thursday), a talk show on "Sleep & Beauty for Moms before and after Childbirth" by Dr. Arata Tomori, internal medicine and dermatologist, and Dr. Mariko Morita, app Lullaby supervising physician and sleep specialist, will be held.

During the pop-up event, a CISA-certified pediatric sleep consultant* with expertise in improving napping habits and infant sleep will give advice to pre-moms, pre-papas, and those with children aged 0 to under 2. The event will be held on the following dates The consultants will introduce methods to improve the sleeping rhythm of babies, which changes depending on their growth and environment, and to develop regular sleep habits.
