Challenges seen from existing services and the process that led to the development of AnS
This new service, "AnS Ans," is a completely new childcare consultation application that solves the problem of "difficulty in making reservations in advance," which was brought to light in the course of the existing counseling business and is unique to childcare.
In the course of operating "Countel Baby," we have received feedback from many mothers who would like to use the service, but find it difficult to make reservations in advance, especially when raising children whose schedules are unpredictable. When you are raising small children, they may suddenly start crying or become ill, and it is not always clear if the reserved time is really available.
We have developed a new application, "AnS Ans," which does not require a prior appointment and allows you to talk to us right away when you want to consult. The beta version is expected to be completed "around the end of November this year.
AnS Features
AnS AnS" is a smartphone application that allows mothers and fathers raising children to consult with senior mothers and fathers who have experienced similar problems and experiences, as well as specialists such as public health nurses and clinical psychologists, "right now.
