This Chinese startup has a gyroscope built into the toothbrush. By brushing your teeth, the gyroscope measures the movement, angle and strength of the toothbrush against your teeth, and the app on your phone displays the measurements and tips for improvement.
I think this would be just right for toddlers. Baby teeth are prone to cavities and it will be easier for dentists to advise on how to improve tooth brushing. We don't know the price yet, but based on the trend of smart devices so far, we think it will be around 200$.
