MTI's "Electronic Mother and Child Health Handbook" is now available in Izumozaki Town, Niigata Prefecture

The main functions are as follows, extracted from the app page of the AppStore; it seems to have been introduced in less than 20 municipalities.

Support for recording and scheduling vaccinations (estimated next vaccination / scheduled date / vaccination date)
Record of medical checkup information (maternity checkup information / maternity dental checkup information / infant checkup information)
Various graphs (maternity weight graph/fetal growth curve/infant growth curve)
Event information
Daily record (diary, photo, stamp)
Family sharing
Useful reading materials according to the time of year
Useful videos during pregnancy and child-rearing
Information from municipalities
Information on maternal and child health services of the municipality
Push notifications

Being able to keep track of vaccinations and checkups would be great. If possible, I'd like to be able to keep those records in a cloud storage such as Google Drive. I heard that such records are shared at the local government level, and if you move out, you won't be able to keep records. I'd like to see more efforts made to allow smartphone apps to be used as official proof.
