Enphoto is an online photo sales service for preschools and kindergartens that has been introduced at approximately 3,000 preschools and used by a cumulative total of approximately 200,000 parents (as of August 2021). We also dispatch photographers to preschools to deliver cute photos to families to preserve more children's memories.
Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture, which is actively working on ICT in childcare, began introducing Enphoto at all six public preschools in Kuki City (Sakura Preschool, Sumire Preschool, Himawari Preschool, Aoba Preschool, Chuo Preschool, and Chuo Preschool Branch) from August 2021.

<Issues the nursery schools were facing and concerns they had when introducing the system
With regard to photo sales at public nursery schools in Kuki City, the parent association officers were responsible for developing, posting, tallying, and collecting all the money for the photos taken by the childcare providers. In recent years, however, the workload of the parent association officers has increased, and in order to reduce the burden of work and child-rearing, it was decided to abolish the parent association from FY2021. On the other hand, many parents requested that the photo sales continue. Under these circumstances, we were searching for a way to sell photos without burdening the parents and the preschool.
The public preschools use lines that ensure stable and secure communications, and were concerned that it would be difficult to introduce an online service because they could not upload the image data they had taken. The park did not have a budget for photo sales, and there was also concern that it would be expensive to implement a system.

Enphoto" has an optional service called "Uploading Service," which allows the preschool to have photo data uploaded on its behalf simply by mailing an SD card, making it possible to install the service even without a network environment. When sending photos by mail, there is no postage fee for up to four times a year.
The sales price per piece could also be kept at a lower price than when the previous parent-teacher association operated the system. In addition to eliminating concerns, the introduction of "En-Photo" also had a secondary effect.
