Q9 Please feel free to answer any questions that you think should be improved in the childcare industry to secure human resources that will lead to long-term employment.

We would like to see a review of the standards for assigning child care workers so that we can create a comfortable working environment for staff who are just starting their careers. In order to create a work environment in which it is easy to take time off, we would like to have more leeway in hiring, rather than hiring just to fill the quota.
Ensure sufficient non-contact time (*).
The company needs to create a system that allows employees to work with peace of mind even after marriage and childbirth. Securing human resources and creating personnel expenses for this purpose.
Provide childcare interns with an experience that makes them want to work.
I think the entire childcare industry needs to improve the quality of its childcare personnel, as I sense a decline in hiring standards due to staff shortages.

*Time during working hours when caregivers are physically away from the children to do paperwork, training, and talk and reflect with other caregivers.
