Infectious diseases and other illnesses are one of the major concerns for parents when leaving their children in daycare facilities. In a user survey* conducted in September 2019 by Snow Brand Beanstalk Co., Ltd. on infectious diseases in children, "infectious diseases and other illnesses" was the number one concern when leaving children in daycare facilities from age 0, with over 80% of respondents saying they were worried.

Not only parents but also the preschools where children are taken care of and the childcare workers who work there have various concerns and negative feelings about infectious diseases among children (see examples below).

Therefore, we are pleased to announce that Teno. Corporation and Kids Doctor will collaborate in a step-by-step approach to eliminate health concerns at childcare facilities.
First, we will begin introducing a plan that allows unlimited use of chat health counseling for parents who use HOTELLAND. Other initiatives are being implemented sequentially, including joint creation of content and initiatives to help reduce the burden of picking up children from school when they are sick.
As part of the joint creation of content, we invited Mr. Takada, Director of Hotteland Higashi-Nihonbashi, to join us on September 12 for an Insta-live delivery on the theme of "Relieving the Anxieties and Worries of Parents Who Leave Their Children at Daycare Centers.
