The new "famitasu communitylaunched.
Moms who are busy raising children and working every day inevitably put their own affairs on the back burner, and even if their hearts are tired, the morning comes without a moment's rest, and the hectic pace of life begins again.
Management members have experienced mental illnesses such as postpartum depression, adjustment disorder, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder, and each has a counselor license and social worker license.
This community was established with the goal of functioning as a safety net, as an environment for improving the conditions of those "under the disease" who have not reached the point of care by government or medical institutions, even if only a little.

After the birth, I spent days holding my crying daughter, crying by myself, going out the front door at night and hitting the night wind, blaming myself, but feeling that my daughter was cute, and wanting to disappear in the never-ending darkness of my messed-up emotions. I was able to act fine outside and assumed that it was normal for mom to have a hard time and didn't think that I was in a difficult situation.
After my maternity leave, I finally found out that postpartum depression was the cause of my inability to work well, and I still wish I had been connected to treatment and counseling sooner.
What I wish I had at that time was the right information and an environment where I could expose my difficulties and talk about them. And to be connected to care and support.
In order to resolve these issues, we have decided to launch the community as we are working on the themes of an information site that brings together all the things we wanted to know, connecting with people in the same situation, and collaborating with government and medical care.
I can't talk about it with my friends," or "Maybe I'm mentally weak? We aim to be a soft community, so please feel free to join us.

I learned that I was not the only one who was facing difficulties in raising a child, and that everyone was experimenting with different methods and ways of working.
'It was very easy to talk to him, and I was glad he accepted me when I cried.'
I was genuinely grateful to have found a place where I could be myself."
I felt a little lighter after listening to their stories. At the same time, I felt that I have an emotional habit of blaming myself and a tendency to be oversensitive when it comes to my children. I felt that I have a strong tendency to be sensitive when it comes to my children.
