Provides seamless support for all child-rearing households from pregnancy to delivery and child rearing, and reduces the workload of local governments.

The "Maternal and Child Health Record Book" application "Maternal and Child Health Record Book" is a service that has been introduced in approximately 600 municipalities throughout Japan to provide seamless support for all child-rearing households from pregnancy to delivery and childcare. It has a full range of convenient functions to help mothers and fathers who are busy with childcare and work, such as recording and managing health data of expectant mothers and children, managing vaccination schedules, providing advice on childbirth and childcare, sharing functions with grandparents and other family members living in remote areas, and notifying local information distributed by the local government. The system also provides information on local information distributed by the local government.

Child-rearing DX, available as an additional function to MCHMo, is a service that uses digital technology to simplify procedures related to maternal and child health and child-rearing-related services, improving convenience for households raising children and reducing the workload on local governments. Services are offered for each project, such as child immunization, infant health checkups, and companion consultation support, making it possible to introduce services tailored to each municipality's situation.
