This work was created to actually experience how scary it is to scold a child while standing still. This work was created to allow visitors to actually experience how scary it is to scold a child while standing up. If we were small children, adults would be 4-meter class giant creatures. The VR image "4m adults" will allow you to experience the fear of being looked down upon and scolded by such a giant creature.

From Tuesday, October 24, visitors can learn about the children's perspective through five interactive exhibits, including this VR experience.

The fear of being looked down upon by such a huge creature and being pissed off.

You can experience it through the VR video "Adults at 4m".

(Other) About the four hands-on exhibits

1. baby head

A baby's head, when converted to that of an adult, is about 45 cm long and weighs a whopping 21 kg!

The magnitude of the impact is visualized and displayed along with a 21 kg weight.

Breakfast for 2.2 year olds

"Breakfast of a 2 year old" recreates the breakfast scene as seen from a 2 year old's point of view.

You can experience the difficulty children have in dealing with things that are about twice the size of an adult on a daily basis.

3. 30 minutes of my cousin's time

Little children who do not yet understand clocks.

Its sense of time is measured by the number of "fresh experiences".

Imagine how many "experiences" children have through this work, which follows 30 minutes of a child's life with a fixed-point camera.

4. adult school bags

The "adult school bag" is an adult-sized version of the overly heavy school bags that have been a problem for years.

Its weight is a whopping 18.9kg!
