Odakyu Electric Railway, which has cooperated in the BabyTech demonstration experiment held in Odawara City under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, will start a support program service for the child-rearing generation using its service platform "ONE".
From participatory events to experiences of life support services in the form of umbrellas and baby buggy sharing that can be used as an addition to train transportation.

Odakyu Corporation (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Hoshino) will launch the "Odakyu ONE Childcare Support Program" on Friday, April 1, 2022, as a new service for the child-rearing generation through the community-based service platform "ONE. On the same day, we will begin accepting applications for monitors, who will experience the program's special events and various services until Friday, September 30, and based on their usage and feedback, we plan to implement the program as a subscription service from October onward.

Under this program, three services consisting of "Special Experience Events," "Life Support Services," and "Safety and Monitoring Programs" will be offered sequentially through the official LINE "Odakyu Child Rearing Support ByONE" starting in late April.

The first event, "Online Railway Classroom," will be held on Wednesday, May 11. The second event will be held at the Romance Car Museum in June. (All of these events are free of charge for children.)

In the "Life Support Service", you can use sharing services provided by ONE partners at a discount. In addition, we offer free use of stroller and umbrella sharing services within the limit of the number of times they can be used, as well as cooking, housework, and babysitting services that are popular among working households.

The "Anshin-Mamoru Program" is a new service that utilizes a tag that notifies you by e-mail when your child passes near an Odakyu Line ticket gate. The service is scheduled to start around May on the Odakyu Tama Line (8 stations), and details will be announced as soon as they are finalized.
As a reward for cooperating with the monitors, adults will receive points equivalent to 10% of their fares and children will receive 30 Odakyu points per ride for registering for Odakyu Odakyu Point and using PASMO to travel on Odakyu lines on weekends and holidays.

ONE has been providing a wide variety of services by increasing the number of external collaborative partners, including sharing services. Going forward, we will combine these services to provide services that are easy for customers to use in accordance with their lifestyles, including those of the child-rearing generation.

While some of our services are paid for, we offer a number of programs that are free for monitors to try.
There is no upper limit to the number of monitors to be recruited.

4 Programs

During the period, the amount, content, etc. may be subject to change through interviews with the monitors in order to advance service planning for this implementation.

(1) Special Experience Event (Applications will open in late April)
This is an event exclusively for monitors to provide experiences and learning opportunities that nurture children's curiosity and mental growth. We plan to hold events centered on job experience projects by our group companies, as well as events in cooperation with companies and organizations that support our child-rearing support policy. The following events are currently scheduled, and further information will be provided directly to monitors via LINE.
(1) Online Railroad Classroom
This project allows visitors to learn about the work of a driver through videos and quizzes.

(2) Romance Car Museum Charter Event
This is an event in which the Romance Car Museum is reserved for monitors after business hours. Guests can enjoy special contents not available during regular business hours.

(2) Life Support Service (starting in late April)
(1) Transportation, outing support
In order to support the use of the Odakyu Line by the child-raising generation, who often have a lot of baggage to carry, we will offer a free sharing service for baby strollers, umbrellas, etc. under the following conditions. Services will be added gradually during the period.
Share Buggy
Baby stroller sharing service located at Shinjuku, Shin-Yurigaoka, and Ebina Stations, which normally starts at 220 yen per hour, is available for free up to 3 hours (550 yen), 4 times a month.
■Aikasa
This umbrella sharing service is available at 26 Odakyu Line stations. Normally available at 70 yen per umbrella for 24 hours, Aicasa will be available free of charge nationwide during the period.
(2) Housework and childcare support
To make your family time together more enjoyable and enriched, we will offer benefits for new services to support housework and childcare. Services will be added gradually during the period.
■Shared Dine
This is a service in which a chef who is a food expert, such as a nutritionist or a graduate of a top restaurant, comes to your home and prepares food for your family. A discount of 1,500 yen is available for the first time.
■KIDSNA Sitter
A safe and secure babysitter matching service consisting of childcare workers, kindergarten teachers, and nurses. We will give away a 3,000 yen Amazon gift certificate for the first time only.

(3) Safe and watchful program (scheduled to start around May)
This is a new service that utilizes a watchful waiting tag that notifies you by e-mail when your child passes near an Odakyu Line ticket gate. We plan to implement this service on the Odakyu Tama Line (8 stations).

5 Monitoring benefits (starting April 1)

Those who cooperate with the monitoring will receive points equivalent to 10% of the fare for adults and 30 Odakyu Points per ride for children when they use Odakyu Lines on weekends and holidays with their registered PASMO after registering for Odakyu Odakake Point*.
Point Calculation Method
(Adult)
10% of the total amount of fares taken on weekends and holidays within the same month will be given as Odakyu points. (Rounded down to the nearest whole number)
(Children)
For each ride taken on weekends and holidays within the same month, 30 Odakyu points will be given as Odakyu points.
*The points will be awarded separately from Odakyu Odekake points.
