I have attended other companies' events where you can have your child photographed in the same way, but the lines to wait for toilets at large venues like Makuhari Messe and Pacifico Yokohama were very long. ......
Mishima:This event is booked in 5-10 minute increments, 3 groups at a time. The next three groups of reservations are then spaced 20 minutes apart, so that in the unlikely event that the time is extended, it is adjusted there so that there is as little waiting time as possible.
Editorial:At the event I attended, even though I stood in line for a long time, I had only a minute or two to take pictures because the people behind me were waiting.
Mishima:We reserve about 10 to 15 minutes per couple for photo shooting, so you can take photos in a relaxed atmosphere. Since you can communicate with the photographer in a relaxed manner, we believe that most moms and dads will be satisfied with the photos we take.

Mishima:We recruit and ask photographers with solid skills at our company. Many families are photographed together, and those who came this morning with a father, mother, and child were able to take very smiling pictures.

Mishima:Since we ask our clients to enter the details they would like to discuss with the FP on the event's reservation form, everyone has a smooth life planning consultation after the photo shoot.

Mishima:Since our founding, we have been engaged in the "insurance consultation" service, which matches customers with insurance questions and concerns with excellent FPs free of charge, and provides a place to support customers in selecting and reviewing insurance. The "Children's Photo Session" is a specialized version of the "Insurance Consultation" service for customers with small children, in which photos are taken as a reward for coming to a life plan consultation with an FP, and the photographed data is made available for download after the meeting.
We had a challenge in getting customers to sign up for an insurance consultation unless they thought, "I want to review my insurance!" We have had the challenge that it is difficult to get customers to sign up for an insurance consultation unless they think "I want to review my insurance! We believe that customers feel a psychological hurdle before they take action because of difficult discussions about insurance and money. However, if a professional photographer could take a picture of your child and you could get 5 shots of the child, we thought that you would be more likely to go to ...... anyway. Therefore, we recommend that you consult with an FP who is a money professional.

Mishima:We believe that only after you have a solid life plan in place can you consider a suitable savings plan and insurance policy. And the sooner you start planning for your life, the sooner you can start planning for your family. This will ultimately help you choose the right insurance and prevent over- or under-insurance.

Mishima:We have started in 2018 and have more than 15,000 people.
Editorial:What kind of people do you have?
Mishima:We have a rather large number of mothers and their children coming to the event alone. However, since this event is an opportunity for people to become aware of their potential needs regarding life planning, if only moms come, only moms' awareness will be heightened. Therefore, if possible, it would be of greater benefit if dads come along to hear about it as well.
Editorial:What does that mean?
Mishima:For example, if only Mom becomes more aware of the issues of future financial preparation, Dad who hears about it will have the impression that Mom was told a strange story by the FP at the photo session and that it is troublesome and suspicious ....... As a result, they will not be able to take advantage of the opportunity.
Few of us have no money worries at all for the future. Many people think, "I will have to think about money one day. ...... That is why we believe that this "Children's Photo Session" will be a good opportunity for couples to listen to an FP talk together.
Editorial:In my own experience, I think it is better to discuss such money matters with the couple together, so that they can get each other's ideas on the spot. ......
Mishima:Couples at the time of family growth are really busy, so it is difficult for them to be aware of the insurance discussion. As a result, there is a danger that the review will become more and more postponed. ......

Mishima:It takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Since many of the participants are still very much aware of the photo session, we use this time to help them clarify issues in their minds that they have tended to put on the back burner. Then, if a more detailed discussion is necessary, we make another appointment. In fact, about 60% of the people who come to the meeting decide on the spot to schedule an interview at a later date.
