Background
After launching the beta version in July 2021 as a support tool for nurturing children's non-cognitive skills, we have seriously considered many user interviews, user reviews, and requests from users in our inquiry form, and launched ver. 1.0 in August 2022 as an application for families and parents with children, focusing on a system that keeps children entertained and focused on building habits. We launched ver. 1.0 in August 2022 with greatly enhanced gamification functions, focusing on "a mechanism to keep children entertained" as an application for families and parents/children. As a result, the app's retention rate far exceeded the average for educational apps in Japan, and its reputation in the App Store and Google Play has also improved. In this update, we have made changes to the simple and easy-to-understand UI so that users can intuitively set up the application without hesitation when they first use Welldone!

2. creation of a "My Page" for each user ◆ 3.
The scattered "Notices," "Settings," "User's Guide," and other information have been integrated into "My Page" so that all necessary information can be found at a glance. Diary," which allows you to record your child's daily efforts with photos and text, can also be posted and viewed from My Page.
3. project store/external guest invite functionality eliminated ◆ 4.
With the Project/Routine/Mission (PRM) integration, the "Project Store," where project packages can be downloaded, has been discontinued.
The "Invite External Guests" feature was intended to allow parents, family members, sports club coaches, cram school teachers, etc. to share projects, monitor progress together, and offer advice in order to help children achieve their goals. However, the majority of users of Welldone! are using it for the purpose of habituation of their children, and we are concerned that the usability of this feature will be reduced by its existence.
With the discontinuation of these functions, we plan to offer a menu that allows users to select from a list of frequently used "routines" in the future.
