Announcing the lineup of stages & activities for the event starting October 8 [free of charge].
Ltd., as a member of the Zero One Grand Slam Executive Committee, manages the Zero One Grand Slam, a nationwide programming competition for elementary school students.
In order to provide even more children with the opportunity to experience programming while having fun, "Programming Festival for Elementary School Students: Touch & Try! Zero-Gra Caravan 2022" will be held at four locations across Japan.
This event will provide an opportunity to get started with programming and to learn more through a special stage featuring popular comedians and YouTubers, and hands-on activities that allow participants to touch and learn. We are pleased to announce that the content of the special stage by the guests and the hands-on activities have been finalized. Participation is free of charge.
Special Stage
A variety of programs will be offered throughout the day on the main stage at each venue. Even beginners in programming or children who are not yet very interested in programming will enjoy these programs.
Let's play and learn with Ike Nuwara! Programming for Beginners
Let's play and learn original games created with the programming learning tool "Scratch" with Ike Nuwara-san, a well-known MC of "Ohasuta". (Appearing only at the Saitama venue on Oct. 8 and the Shizuoka venue on Nov. 6)
■Nyanko Star joins the game! Capture the original jump rope game!
Challenge yourself to an original jump rope game created with "Scratch" with the comedy duo Nyanko Star! You may learn the basics of game making. (Appearing only at 10/23 in Osaka and 10/30 in Fukuoka)
Miracle Gutchi Live! Let's do some programming in Microcosmos!
We will try out how to enjoy and improve "Minecraft Education Edition" with Miracle Gutchi, a popular YouTuber who is well known for his live video games!

Near the stage, well-known programming schools will offer hands-on activities. Visitors can experience robot programming using "LEGO Mindstorms," mini-game development using "Scratch," learning programming using "Minecraft," and much more.
