2When you feel unwell or nauseous, the ReliefBand can help relieve those symptoms. Simply wear the watch-shaped device. The big advantage is that you don't need any medication at all. There is no smartphone app.
How is that possible?
Reliefband simply sends a gentle radio wave from the wrist of the wearer to the median nerve to the brain. The radio wave is equivalent to sending a signal to the "place in the brain that controls nausea," which in turn relieves symptoms. In the case of stomach pain, the brain sends signals to the stomach via the vagus nerve to restore it to normal function. The point is that the signals are sent from the wrist to let the brain do its work. The pace of this process seems to be adjustable in five steps.
Since the application is in the baby tech field, it is being marketed for pregnant women, but it is also being promoted as being useful for car sickness, seasickness, playing too many VR games, amusement parks, etc. I am not a big fan of coffee cups. I am not a big fan of coffee cups and get sick in 3.34 seconds. I am very weak against horizontal rotation. If even I can withstand a coffee cup, I can say that ReliefBand is the real thing.
User Reviews
The price is US$94.99. I see a lot of 99-cent products, but I wonder if they are priced at 99 cents based on the Ichikyupa theory in Japan.... I don't think I can feel much appreciation for it because I am Japanese.
Reviews on Amazon.com are also positive.
It would be very popular if it were marketed in Japan!
