In daycare centers, welfare facilities, and other such settings, the importance is placed on training each and every staff member. However, the psychological and time burdens associated with feedback creation, such as "How should I communicate to the staff member to help him or her grow?

In order to solve this problem, we have developed a support function, the "polishing assistant," to help administrators give shape to their "communicative intent.
