(Head office: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Ayumi Shimanuki; hereinafter "Otoliv") will launch a new service, "OTOLIV Lesson Online," on February 1, 2026, integrating its online piano lesson "OTOIRO+" for overseas residents and online music lessons developed in Japan. The new service, "OTOLIV Lesson Online," will be available from February 1, 2026 (Sunday). (Applications will be accepted from January 22, 2026.)
Background of Service Provision
With the rapid spread of online learning following the Corona Disaster, many in the field of music education have expressed a desire to learn, but find it difficult to continue due to environmental restrictions.
- No music school nearby
- Time-consuming commute to and from school and transportation.
- Feel burdened by the instructor's home visits
- Limited educational opportunities for exposure to Japanese culture due to living abroad
For these reasons, more and more families are faced with a situation where they want to learn but cannot.
OTOLIV Corporation has been developing an online music lesson service since 2020 in response to these issues. Based on the high evaluation it has received from students and their parents, OTOLIV has now restructured OTOLIV Lesson Online as a platform where all children, regardless of nationality, can receive high-quality music education.
Eight features of OTOLIV Lesson Online
The following features are provided as a service that combines online-optimized teaching materials and systems with a focus on nurturing coaching.

Two courses to choose from
The "Basic Course" of three times a month and the "Light Course" of twice a month are available.
Lesson time can be selected from 30, 45, 60, and 90 minutes, and a wide range of lessons are available for piano, singing, violin, etc. The fee structure includes materials and certification fees, allowing students to continue their studies at no additional cost.

In addition to the above, an admission fee of 11,000 yen (tax included) per family is required at the time of admission.
