Background and Objectives
Akachan Honpo has continued to provide products, services, and information that meet the needs of its customers under the corporate message of "Smile Childcare. Akachan Honpo" as our corporate message, we have continued to provide products, services, and information that are close to our customers' hearts. However, the company has faced a variety of issues with its conventional communication measures, such as the tendency for topics to be transient and the difficulty in creating a dialogue that continues to attend to the concerns and deep anxieties specific to the child's age.
In addition, with the recent shift to the nuclear family and the thinning of the local community, there is a growing need for a place where people can relieve the loneliness and anxiety associated with child-rearing.
Akachanhonpo customers are also increasingly looking for a "place" where they can share their problems and joys with other "friends" (online moms and dads) who are in the same situation, and where they can receive authentic and realistic information from people who have been there before. We thought that there was a need for a "place" where people could communicate with each other on a daily basis.
Against this backdrop, we have launched a new online community site with the aim of strengthening our contact with our customers and deepening our ongoing relationship with them.
We provide a place where pre-moms, pre-parents, and senior moms and dads can deeply interact with each other, starting with "life with a baby", and accompanying them through the invaluable period of child-rearing that begins with pregnancy.
In addition to a flexible UI/UX that allows users to freely express Akachanhonpo's unique worldview, "Akachanhonne" has introduced "coorum," an online community management platform operated by Asobica Co.
