As the childcare and education industry faces a growing shortage of labor and the need to respond to increasingly diverse needs, there is a growing demand for opportunities to enhance the leadership and knowledge of preschool directors, who are responsible for organizational management at the front lines of the field.

Overview of the "Principal Teachers Conference 2025
The Director's Conference is an online event for directors of preschools, kindergartens, and childcare centers to condense and learn about the content that will help them in their daily work. Codomon has held this event every fall since 2022, and this year marks the fourth year. This year, under the theme of "3 days to think about the present and future of childcare," a total of 9 sessions were held with experts speaking on topics such as trends in the childcare industry, the quality of childcare and human resource development that are in demand today, and more.

In the post-viewing participant survey, the average satisfaction rate for the nine sessions was over 961 TP6T (total of very satisfied, satisfied, and somewhat satisfied responses), with 99.51 TP6T of the participants indicating that they would like to attend again.
