(Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Daigo Iketani; hereinafter "Smart Education") has signed a basic agreement with Cellbig Corporation (Head office: Seoul; President: Lee, Sang Ro), a South Korean educational ICT company, regarding joint business in the education field. (Cellbig, headquartered in Seoul; Lee, Sang Ro, CEO), a Korean educational ICT company. The signing ceremony was held at Smart Education's Tokyo headquarters on October 22, 2025.
Based on this agreement, the two companies will fully launch the new service "Keezle Global Smart Education's new service, "Keezle Global (Keezle Global)," will be fully launched in the Japanese market.
Creating new educational services by leveraging the strengths of Japan and Korea
This alliance will maximize the strengths of both companies. Smart Education's network of more than 1,500 educational and rehabilitation institutions throughout Japan and Cellbig's operational know-how of "Keezle," which has been provided to approximately 1,000 kindergartens in Korea, will be combined. The ICT education contents and programs that have been verified in the Korean market will be deployed in a form suitable for the Japanese educational scene.
Inauguration of a cooperative system that emphasizes the onsite perspective
Following the conclusion of the agreement, the two companies will establish a joint consultative body covering the four areas of "products," "content," "business," and "support," and launch a pilot program. Feedback will be collected from participating educational institutions to develop services optimized for the Japanese educational environment.
