The school is an online school that allows women raising children to challenge themselves without giving up on their "own way of working".
A career interrupted by pregnancy or childbirth is not a blank, but an irreplaceable experience."Based on this philosophy, we provide a curriculum that allows students to learn in a short amount of time and community support that continues even after graduation. We have been close to mothers who wish to "connect with society" even in the midst of their busy lives with childcare and housework. As a result, we have been able toTotal of more than 300 peoplehave graduated, and many mothers have been born to take on the challenge of starting a side business or starting their own business. We are currently running a campaign with no enrollment fee, and are looking for mothers who want to take a new step forward.

From Ayaka Nakajima, Principal, Little Mama Career

The Little Moms Business School began when mothers wondered if they could turn the experience they gained through raising their children into a "career. The Little Moms Business School began with the idea that mothers could use the experience they gained through raising their children as a "career".
I quit my job when I became pregnant or had a baby, and I feel left behind by society. I want to start something, but I have a hard time taking the first step and lack confidence.... We often hear such voices.
Although the term "blank" is often used to describe the time devoted to child rearing, the period of child rearing is never a "blank.
Mothers have limited time and energy for childcare and housework. Even so, they have a strong desire to "connect with society by their own strength. I really wanted to create a place where these mothers could challenge themselves. The goal is not to reach 300 graduates, but to expand the future where even more mothers can shine.
~Voice of Alumni~.
At Little Mama Business School, we have many mothers who have become mothers and have had to give up their careers or change the way they work. Here are some testimonials from mothers who have studied at the school and built new careers.
Balancing raising four children and working from home, turning "being a mom" into a strength

Chinami Masuda, a mother of four, continues her studies by utilizing her children's naps and school hours. Since graduation, she has been working for several clients as an Instagram operation director and realizes that "being a mom is a career. She also serves as the head of a commu- nity of VISSCO graduates and contributes to the revitalization of exchanges among graduates.
Why I felt that my career had come to a halt because of a job transfer, and why I decided to move on.

While it was difficult to continue working due to a move, she learned Instagram posting at VISSCOOP and started working from home. Within a year of starting her business, she realized that she could "make a difference" through content creation. Now she values her time with her family and is building a work style that is unique to her.
I thought my life was over, but now I can look forward again.

Yuke was in a wheelchair due to an accident and felt "unable to work outside the home. She learned writing and design at Little Mama Business School and was able to take on multiple projects from home. She now has her own way of working and has regained a sense of fulfillment in her daily life.
