In this course, we will carefully explain the basic flow of infertility treatment while unraveling the social background of people who are balancing work and fertility and the challenges they are likely to face in the workplace. The content includes case studies based on actual problems and how one can coordinate work and fertility treatment, allowing participants to think about the best method for them.

In this course, we will take a look at the "background of fatherhood" and "psychological care for fathers after childbirth" to unravel the challenges faced when balancing work and child rearing, and how to respond to them. The lecture will then consider in detail "things that can be done only by fathers" and the importance of conversation between partners. At a recent session, participants deepened their learning by exchanging opinions with each other.
