-To reduce the burden on parents and childcare workers by eliminating the hassle of cash transactions.
- The following is content from the press release -

(Head office: Osaka City, Osaka; Representative Director: Kimitsugu Ueno) has introduced its cashless settlement service for childcare facilities, "Everybody Settlement," to 56 childcare facilities of Task Force Co, ("Task Force"), which operates "Urban Nursery School Popolar" and "On-site Nursery School Propeller" from September 2025.
This initiative eliminates the need for cash transactions within the childcare facility, thereby reducing the burden on both parents and childcare workers.
Next-generation nursery school that is friendly to both parents and childcare workers
Task Force was started with the idea of "helping parents who are working while raising children," and we place great importance on giving shape to "the kind of service that would be helpful" from the user's perspective. Through the following three initiatives, Task Force and BABY JOB aim to realize next-generation daycare centers that make it easier for parents to raise children and for childcare workers to work.
1) Eliminate the hassle of exchanging cash with cashless payment "Everybody Settles
Beginning in September 2025, "Anyone Payment" will be introduced at 56 facilities nationwide operated by Task Force, Inc. This will allow parents to pay by credit card or QR code without having to prepare coins, and will also free childcare workers from the need to exchange and manage cash.
(2) Subscribe to diapers and wipes to lighten the load when going to school.
Subscribers are introduced to diaper subscriptions provided by BABY JOB. Parents no longer have to write their names on the diapers and bring them in every day, and childcare workers have reduced the time and effort required to manage each child individually.
(3) Easy to apply for a tour of a preschool with "En Sasaso♪," a portal site for finding a childcare facility.
BABY JOB's Ensagasozozemo♪ was introduced. Parents can now easily make reservations for tours via the Web, and childcare workers have reduced the time and effort required to answer phone calls during childcare.
Comments on the introduction of settlement for everyone
Kyofumi Hayase, President and Representative Director, Task Force, Inc.
We expect that the introduction of the "Anyone Settlement" system will not only improve convenience for parents, but will also further improve the environment in which childcare workers can concentrate on their primary job of childcare. We believe that this will lead to the realization of a high quality childcare environment where children can spend their time with peace of mind. We are very encouraged to be able to work with BABY JOB, which has developed and deployed a variety of services, to solve issues facing the childcare industry from the viewpoints of both parents and childcare workers.
What is Popolar, an urban daycare center operated by Task Force Inc.

With highly convenient childcare courses that meet the various childcare needs of the working child-rearing generation in accordance with their lifestyles, we are a strong ally of parents who are returning to work or seeking to advance their careers. We provide childcare services that lead to the acquisition of important human skills such as "compassion," "the ability to never give up and finish," and "the ability to think for oneself," all of which have been gaining attention recently as non-cognitive skills.
- Implementation of an original curriculum focused on improving non-cognitive skills
In November 2023, we conducted a survey of parents (including children who had graduated from our preschools) who use preschools operated by Task Force on what they want their children to be able to do by the time they reach elementary school, a questionnaire regarding their children's independence. In order to focus on education on understanding moral concepts, expressing intentions, learning manners, and crime prevention measures, which were among the topics of most interest, we have organized our original "Solo Education Curriculum" and are implementing it at all of our preschools.

Breakfast service will begin in April 2025. The service is open to anyone, whether monthly or temporary, and offers alternating Japanese and Western breakfasts on each day of the week. This initiative is designed to support dual-income families and busy mornings while nourishing children both mentally and physically. *Some preschools are not eligible for this program. - Large-scale events attracting 2,000 people and joint events with sister parks
As an initiative unique to our nationwide network of nursery schools, we regularly hold events and activities for users of the nursery schools operated by Task Force, such as outdoor sports events (in the Kansai and Kanto areas) that bring together a total of 2,000 child-rearing families every year, overnight childcare and parent-child outings at two or three sister nurseries in the neighborhood. We also regularly hold events and activities such as overnight childcare and parent-child outings at two or three nearby sister preschools.
What is "Everybody Settlement", a cashless service for childcare facilities provided by BABY JOB?

Anyone Payment" is a cashless payment service that eliminates the need for cash payments at childcare facilities and reduces the burden on both childcare workers and parents. Childcare workers no longer have to prepare and store change, and parents can smoothly make payments in a way that suits them.
In addition, as efforts to "multifunctionalize" daycare facilities by utilizing them as children's cafeterias and other facilities spread, the introduction of this service is also expected to support such regional collaboration.
