As the use of automobiles by people raising children becomes increasingly common, many drivers are concerned about the condition of their children in the back seat while driving, causing them to lose focus on their driving. There is no end to the "near-misses" while driving, such as the anxiety of not being able to check the car with just the rearview mirror or auxiliary mirror, or the worry of the car being too quiet.
Chaimoni 2 was developed to eliminate such driving anxiety and provide an environment where drivers can concentrate on driving with peace of mind. 2016 saw the development of Japan's first in-vehicle baby monitor, and now, in response to customer feedback, we have completely redesigned our latest model to be smartphone compatible.
Product Description: Peace of Mind at a Glance, No Looking Back
Chaimoni2 is a system that displays images from a camera installed in the headrest on the driver's smartphone via Wi-Fi.
Main Features
Creating a relaxed mind
The peace of mind that comes from knowing how things are going at all times leads to a more relaxed driver who can enjoy driving with the baby more easily.
Clear images even at night
Equipped with an infrared auto night mode, the camera can clearly see the baby's expression and posture even when driving at night or in a dark car.
AI notification function for posture changes to prepare for "just in case
When the camera detects a major change in posture, such as a baby's face down, the AI will notify the driver with an audible voice. This function further supports peace of mind while driving.
Compatible with rear-facing child seats
Rear-facing installation is mandatory for children under 15 months from 2023. By installing a camera in the headrest of the rear seat, rear-facing child seats will be well supported.
Safety design that does not interfere with driving
The screen automatically switches to the speed display when it detects a car moving. This function prevents the user from gazing at the screen while driving.

Three reasons to get "Chaimoni 2"
Reason 1: Solid peace of mind, allowing you to concentrate on driving.
High-quality images are clear even at night, allowing you to check on your baby clearly at any time. This reduces "near-misses" while driving and brings peace of mind.
Reason 2: The ease of using your regular smartphone as a monitor
No need for a dedicated monitor, your smartphone can be used, so the inside of the car is always clear. It is economical and intuitive to operate, such as zooming.
Reason 3: Simple, requiring only 5 minutes and no wiring
The rechargeable, completely wireless design makes installation easy for anyone. There is no troublesome wiring work at all. The camera uses a quick release for one-touch attachment and removal.

From the developer: This product was born out of my own "insecurities.
The day our first child was born, we couldn't have been happier. However, raising a child for the first time was a constant source of anxiety. Especially the first day I drove alone with my child. I looked in the rearview mirror to see what he looked like, and every time he got quiet, my heart would shrink. I had to concentrate on driving or I would be in danger. But I also have to worry about my child. I want to eliminate this dilemma from all the moms and dads who are trying to do the same. With this one thought in mind, we began development of this child monitor. This product is not just a gadget. It is another "good luck charm" to protect you and your baby.
