Profile of Kei Kawashima

Representative Director, CCO / Founder, Wonderfi Inc.
Graduated from the Graduate School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo. He has been teaching at Hanamaru Gakkai from 4 years old to university students since 2007, and has also provided learning support at public elementary schools and children's homes in Japan and abroad.
Think Think," an application he developed to develop thinking skills, has 3 million users in 150 countries around the world and has received numerous awards both in Japan and abroad, including the Google Play Awards. In the past, he has been a part-time lecturer at the University of Tokyo. He was involved in the creation of questions for the Math Olympiad and has been an advisor for the development of mathematical thinking skills in Mie Prefecture since 2017.

In 2013, he founded the NPO Tohoku Kaiken and became the editor-in-chief of Tohoku Eat Tsushin, the world's first food magazine that connects local producers with urban consumers. In November 2024, he was appointed as an expert member of the Council for the Creation of New Local Economies and Living Environments, held by the Headquarters for the Creation of New Local Economies and Living Environments, Cabinet Secretariat. About Pokémar Oyako Regional Study Abroad

This is a local study abroad program for elementary school children and their parents to learn about the importance of life by experiencing nature with producers. During the program, activities are provided by nature experts, including producers registered with Pocket Marche.
Applications are now being accepted for the "Pokémar Oyako Rural Study Abroad" Summer Vacation 2025 program, which consists of five programs of seven days and six nights, in nine regions throughout Japan.
