Launch of New Service to Support Postpartum Women's Return to Work - Providing a Safe and Secure Work Environment
After childbirth, women often find it difficult to return to society due to mental and physical discomfort and the burden of childcare. On the other hand, many feel pressure to start working early for economic reasons, and surveys have revealed that they bear a heavy mental burden.
In order to solve these issues, we have launched a new service that allows postpartum women to work with peace of mind. This service combines mental care and employment support to provide an environment in which postpartum women can face their work without difficulty.
The representative, Tsukagoshi, himself experienced postpartum depression and had to live with bipolar disorder as a result of not receiving proper care. The company's business was started with this strong desire: "I don't want anyone else to have to go through this pain.
