God App! Let's make baby food go smoothly with "Step Baby Food"! | IT enthusiast mom Ogamari with her baby tech!

Hello Ogamari!
My second daughter is now 5 months old and weaning has finally begun! With my first child, I relied on books and local government materials to guide me through the process, but this time I decided to make use of an app called "Step Weaning Food. I was wondering, "What should I feed my baby?" Is this the right way to proceed? I would like to introduce this app because it is perfect for moms and dads who are wondering, "What should I feed him?

What is the "Step Weaning" smartphone app?

Step Weaning Food" by Karada Note Inc. is a weaning food management app supervised by a registered dietitian, and also won the Kids Design Award in 2019. This very useful app allows you to check what foods your baby can and cannot eat at different growth stages, and how to feed foods to your baby!

iPhone | Android

This app is all you need for menu planning and recording! Some mothers on the Internet have called it "the god app for baby food.

You can menu and record your meals with just one app!

I just started using it and was so impressed with its convenience that I regretted "Why didn't I use it with my oldest daughter!" I was so impressed by the convenience that I regretted it!

Weaning Schedule

What I found most appealing was the "weaning schedule" feature!

Dietitian SupervisionThis feature suggests sentence amounts and menus that can be easily imitated!

With my first child, I had to read books and materials I received from the local government as I weaned him, but with this app, I can just follow what it says and save myself the trouble of thinking.

Record of what you eat

Tapping "Record" in the aforementioned "Baby Food Schedule" allows you to record the time and notes eaten as it is!

Records are displayed in a calendar format for easy review!

They will also ask if you want to check an ingredient on the ingredient list if it is included for the first time.

Checked ingredients can be viewed in a list.

Of course, both the record and the list of ingredients can be recorded manually, so you don't have to follow the weaning schedule!

This convenient feature is also available!

The scheduling and recording functions alone are convenient enough, but there are even more features that make us happy!

PDF output function of ingredient history

The ability to output a PDF of your eating history was released in January 2025, although it appears to be currently only available in the iPhone version!

It would be nice to be able to print it out and keep it on hand! It might also be useful as a document to submit when entering daycare, etc.

Family Sharing Function

Tap the "Family Sharing" item on the settings screen to display the invitation code, and send the invitation code to your family members to share data!

Even if the mother is the one who usually advances the baby food, it is useful for the father to feed the baby food alone.

Recommended for moms and dads who are about to start weaning and for those who want to make weaning easier for their second child or later! If you are having trouble with baby food, please give it a try!

Child of the Week.pluralizing suffix (esp. for people

I bought strawberry cakes for my oldest and youngest daughters for Girls' Day. I was supposed to eat the second daughter's portion, but my eldest daughter, who loves strawberries, ate it all.
