A limited number of "Mary's" disposable baby diapers are being offered free of charge at facilities that have installed the "mamaro™" baby care rooms.

　(Yokohama, Japan; President & CEO: Yusuke Hasegawa; hereinafter referred to as Trim) has started a demonstration experiment of free distribution of disposable baby diapers at facilities where its "mamaro™" baby care rooms are installed, as part of its mission to "provide a better child-rearing environment. The test will begin in February 2025 with a limited number of diapers distributed sequentially.

Purpose and Background

Trim has been experiencing problems when going out with small children, such as, "It's hard to go out with a lot of diaper luggage," and "I wish I could buy diapers in bulk.

In addition, there are still few places where diapers are sold in small packages for emergency situations such as "I ran out of diapers when I went out," so it is necessary to buy large-capacity packs, which is a burden when going out.

In fact, in a survey* conducted by Trim, more than 90% people said they would use the service if they could get diapers by the piece on the go.

By creating an environment where baby diapers can be obtained anywhere on the go, one by one, we aim to create an environment where all families raising children can raise their children with peace of mind by easing the burden of child-rearing on the go.

The Merries baby diapers offered by Kao Corporation, which has endorsed this initiative, will come in three different types and sizes and will be available in limited quantities.
