(President: Junichi Moriwaki), a consolidated subsidiary of GMO Internet Group and GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. will change its trade name to GMO Enpay, Inc. effective February 20, 2025.
Background of trade name change
GMO Enpay joined GMO Payment Gateway Inc. on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, in order to elevate its cashless and DX services specialized in the childcare and education industries to a more robust and high-quality service and deliver it to society in a sustainable manner.
The change to a trade name bearing "GMO" will allow us to make full use of the group's assets and further accelerate our business expansion.
About the new trade name
New company name: GMO Enpay, Inc.
■Date of trade name change: February 20, 2025 (Thursday)
In line with the trade name change, the corporate logo and service names and logos will also be gradually renewed.
