The booklet begins with "Honne" from mothers who have experienced child rearing. They include "He did the housework without saying a word," "He said, 'Are you all right? Thank you,'" and other actions that made her happy when she was mentally and physically unstable after childbirth.
In the "Dads Can Do It, Too" section, we offer advice on child-rearing techniques for 0- to 3-year-olds that men can also use. Examples include feeding baby food, bathing, and simple physical games.
