　Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture ("Kasuga City") and MCHMo, Inc. ("MCHMo") will begin offering a companion consultation support service on March 15, 2023 through "MCHMo Child-Rearing DX*1," a digitalization support service for child-rearing-related projects of local governments operated by MCHMo, to reduce the burden on expectant and nursing mothers during pregnancy, childbirth and child-rearing. As the first step of the "Maternal and Child Health Record Book" consultation support service, "Maternal and Child Health Record Book" application for "Pregnancy Notification" will be available from March 15, 2023. After that, by June, "application for childbirth support subsidy," "questionnaire in the middle of pregnancy," "questionnaire in advance of baby visit," "application for child-rearing support subsidy," and "appointment at the time of issuance of MCH handbook" will be available through the application, and various procedures related to child-rearing will be digitalized to improve convenience for households raising children.
