summary
This product should be called an IoT baby sensor.
Baby Ai™ monitors average respiration rate (one minute) and alerts the user when there is a significant change in respiration, both on the device itself and on the mobile device (iPhone/iPad). In addition, the monitored respiration rate, body movements (e.g., tossing and turning), temperature, and humidity are automatically displayed and recorded on the dedicated Napplee® app connected via Bluetooth.
Solutions to issues and unique innovations
Conventional baby sensors made overseas are called body movement sensors, which detect only the baby's body movements, but our product monitors not only body movements but also breathing transitions every few seconds. This has enabled us to successfully visualize the baby's sleeping condition (breathing and body movements). The high accuracy of the system has already been proven in experiments comparing it to medical equipment, and more than 1,000 units are already in use at nursery schools in Japan.

BabyTech Editor's Comment.
I felt that this product is a fusion of hardware and software at a high level, which is something that is only possible with IoT, or rather, in a way that does not affect the human body at all, using hardware sensors to pick up body movements and breathing patterns, sending them to an app, and analyzing them with software, which is a very high tech element. With all due respect, it may be a bit of a "two-match" product for home use.
What kind of sensors will be used to model movement and deliver what kind of peace of mind? We look forward to future enhancements.
