During the newborn period, babies sleep 16~20 hours a day, with 1-2 hours of wakefulness and 1-4 hours of sleep during the day and night, so the amount of sleep during the day and night is almost the same (*2). According to a survey conducted by Combi among experienced child care providers, 81% of respondents took more than 20 minutes to put their babies to sleep before the age of 1 year (*3).
