Contacts sent via smartphone are displayed in a list at the facility and can be shared among staff members. QR Daredoko," an application for preventing children from being left behind at preschool, was officially released in June last year, and allows preschool administrators and parents to share information on children's activities using QR codes to prevent unidentified whereabouts. By reading the QR code inserted on the back of a child's nametag with a smartphone or tablet, activities at the preschool can be shared in the cloud. If you have a tablet or smartphone connected to the Internet, you can start using the system by simply inserting a piece of paper with the QR code printed on it into the back of the child's nameplate.

Background of the development of the easy contact function
This was prompted by a request from a user who had tried our bus boarding and alighting confirmation system. Since preschools and elementary schools are busier in the morning hours, responding to sudden fever and other absence notifications by phone can be burdensome, and the possibility of miscommunication is high. By enabling parents to contact the facility via smartphone, parents can contact the facility even late at night the day before, and the facility can compile a list of parental contacts and reliably share the information even during the busy morning hours.
Easy 3-step process for the contact function.
When a parent/guardian calls to report an absence:
(1) Tap the "Contact Absences, etc." button.
(2) Enter the contact details.
(3) Tap "Send Contact".
The facility will display a list of contacts. The number of reads is counted up by pressing the "Confirm" button for reads, and the reads can be confirmed.
A facility can also send simultaneous notices to multiple parents.
