February 6, 2026: Saitama Prefecture "Childcare ICT Lab Project" Outcome Report Meeting will be held

The Association for the Promotion of Childcare ICT will hold a meeting to report the results of the "Childcare ICT Laboratory Project" being implemented in Saitama Prefecture on February 6, 2026, for the purpose of widely sharing the results of the project and expanding the circle of inter-regional cooperation and sustainable ICT promotion.
On the day of the event, we will report on the results of this year's Childcare ICT Lab Project, and introduce key points and practical examples of business improvement through the use of ICT, as well as the project policy for the next fiscal year. This is a valuable opportunity for local governments and childcare facilities in the prefecture to gather and exchange information, and we look forward to your participation.
What is the Childcare ICT Lab Project?
This project is implemented by the Administration for Children and Families,
- Creation of role model cases for ICT environment development
- Creating an environment in which the field can realize the benefits of reducing the burden and improving the quality of childcare through the horizontal development of case studies
- Communicate the attractiveness of the company to young people who aspire to become childcare workers in the future through a comfortable work environment.

Expected Effects
Through this debriefing session, we hope to promote learning among local government officials and facility staff and raise the level of ICT utilization in the prefecture as a whole. We also hope that the sharing of practical examples will provide an opportunity for each school to consider approaches for improvement that are suited to their own circumstances.

Saitama Prefecture is working on the "Childcare ICT Laboratory Project" in cooperation with the Association for the Promotion of ICT in Childcare. The use of ICT in the childcare field is very important to reduce the workload of childcare workers and improve the quality of childcare.
At the results debriefing session, participants will be able to obtain the latest information on ICT in childcare, understand what other facilities are doing, and exchange information with each other, making it an excellent opportunity to obtain hints for using and improving ICT in childcare at their own centers.
