Mr. Mochizuki, DEI Promotion Group, JAL Human Capital Strategy Department commented
We were aware that children's sleep, such as crying at night, is a common concern during child-rearing and that it is also a topic related to the physical condition of the adults who care for the children. When we learned about this program, we saw the potential for sleep support as a way to help employees returning to work after childcare leave. Even during the limited three-week trial period, we were able to see improvements in sleep rhythms and realized the importance of adjusting sleep habits. We will continue to support employees in balancing childcare and work, and aim to create a company where everyone can play an active role.
About the Seminar + Program to Improve Infant Sleep Habits
This program can be tackled in a three-step structure.
- Attend seminars: Acquire knowledge based on scientific evidence from medical specialists
- Practice with app/open chat: Continue to improve sleep habits through individual consultations and interaction with childcare providers who share the same concerns.
- Companion support: CISA-certified pediatric sleep consultants provide companionship and support for individual concerns.

Future Outlook
Based on these results, Lullaby will continue to expand its support for employees raising children in cooperation with JAL and other companies and local governments. Supporting employees returning to work after childcare leave is an important theme for companies, as it helps retain employees and improve productivity. This program can be customized to meet the needs of each company, and we are actively accepting inquiries from companies interested in introducing this program.
