Participatory word-of-mouth campaign for households raising children to start on Monday, December 1.

(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Nana Aizawa; hereinafter "iiba"), operator of the "iiba" map application for households raising children, has launched a joint campaign "Osaka Hanchinsen" (Osaka Rinkansen) with West Japan Railway Company (Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka City; President: Shoji Kurasaka; hereinafter "JR West") and JR West Innovations Co. (Head office: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Yosuke Kadoma; hereinafter "JR West Innovations"), and JR West Innovations, Inc. (Head office: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Yosuke Kadoma; hereinafter "JR West Innovations"), have launched a joint campaign, "Oshiete Osaka Loop Line: Good places for families with children to enjoy using trains! Oshiete Osaka Loop Line" will be launched on Monday, December 1, 2025.
Through this project, we will collect and analyze the "real experiences" of households raising children, which will lead to improvements and information enhancements for railroad facilities and services along the rail line. We will also co-create new values to provide safe and comfortable railroad services for families with children, and to support child-raising and regional cooperation along the rail line.
Background of the Campaign
Which is the most convenient way to get around with a stroller? Are there nursing rooms in the station building? Are there chairs for children?
When out and about while raising children, these "little pieces of information" can have a big impact on your sense of security.
However, such information is often not found in a search, and in fact, the most useful information is "the real experience of another parent and child who went there yesterday.
Therefore, this campaign will utilize the iiba application for participatory planning, based on the idea that "the experience of parents and children will help the next parents and children".

Posting an "answer" to a question
*The theme of the "Question" is about using the Osaka Loop Line with children and outings along the line. *You will have a higher chance of winning if you both ask and answer the question.
Example of a "Question" submission:
- Where is the nursing room at Kyobashi station?"
- Are there any restaurants near Tennoji station that are stroller-friendly?"
- Please let me know if there are any stores in the Fukushima station building that have chairs for children."
- What parks can I play with my child near Tenma Station?" etc.

Target Area
The target area for submissions for this campaign is stations, station buildings, and spots around the Osaka Loop Line.
Examples: Kyobashi Station/Tenma Station/Fukushima Station/Tennoji Station/Tennoji Station/Tsuruhashi Station/Taisho Station, etc. Spots (restaurants, parks, playgrounds, activity facilities, etc.) that can be visited by families, including those located inside stations, station buildings and areas along train lines are eligible.
