With the start of online acceptance of birth notifications, the "Total Birth Procedure Package" will be launched, the first initiative of its kind in Japan, taking advantage of the convenience of Pamatco.
Complete birth-related procedures online from Pamatco "anytime, anywhere, without worry."
You do not need to come to the office to complete the procedures. Please take advantage of this service.
1 Overview of the Total Birth Processing Package
(1) Pamatco will support your application!
- You can confirm the necessary procedures from the e-mail sent to you based on your Pamatco registration information.
- A new page with a comprehensive list of procedures required at the time of your child's birth.
We support all citizens to apply without fail. - You can manage your own application status by registering your to-dos.
(2) All birth procedures can be done from a smartphone!
Enabled to apply for birth notification and national health insurance enrollment procedures through MyNa Portal.
By making all the procedures required at the time of birth online, there is no need to come to the ward office and related procedures can be completed online from Pamatco.

3 List of main birth-related procedures that can be applied online from Pamatco

(2) Application for my number card at the same time as birth notification
(3) Application for issuance of pediatric medical card
(4) Request for certification and revision of the amount of child allowance

According to laws and regulations, there are conditions such as having a permanent address in the city, having Japanese parents, and so on.

4 What is the "Pamatoko" Yokohama City Child Rearing Support Application?
This is Yokohama City's official child-rearing support application that consolidates procedures and information necessary for raising children in Yokohama City.
As of November, the number of registered users exceeded 110,000, and many citizens use the service.
For the convenience of households with school-aged children, we plan to link with after-school kids' clubs and other access control systems in FY2025. We will continue to value the opinions of our users as we update the system and work to create even more comfort for our users.
In addition to eliminating the need to come to the office at the time of birth, this is the first initiative in the nation to use Pamatoko to comprehensively inform citizens of the necessary procedures and support their applications.
