Fami-One has signed a partnership agreement with Panasonic Kurashi Appliances, Inc. to support the implementation of a demonstration project for a corporate welfare program using RizMo, a new physical condition navigation service in the Femtec area to be developed by the company this year. The company has concluded a partnership agreement to support the implementation of the new service.

RizMo" supports women in creating healthy lifestyle habits by using the "Rhythm Monitor," a wearable device that can measure the temperature inside clothing and sleep conditions linked to menstrual rhythms, and a dedicated application*1 to check measurement data, predict physical condition for the day and the day ahead using a proprietary data analysis algorithm, and offer advice to support physical condition suited to the user. The system supports women in creating healthy lifestyles by checking measurement data through the "Rhythm Monitor" and a dedicated application*1 , predicting their physical condition for the day and the future using a proprietary data analysis algorithm, and providing advice to support their physical condition. Users who have already experienced the service have commented that they were able to grasp their physical condition objectively and communicate with their families naturally*2.
This expansion of support functions includes a partner sharing function using LINE and,New features to support women's health, such as online health consultations by more than 50 specialists, including Fami One's nurses, pharmacists, and clinical psychologists, have been added.The app is now available. By informing your partner of your physical and mental condition via the app and consulting with a specialist directly about your specific concerns via text or Zoom, you can not only manage your physical condition, but also help with fertility, communication with your partner, and mental health self-care.
In addition, to commemorate the full-scale rollout of the service, the company will be offering the followingOnline seminar co-hosted by Panasonic Life Appliances, Inc.In addition to the introduction of new RizMo functions and commentary by experts, we will discuss the actual state of concerns and hints for facing women-specific health issues through real evidence from users of the health counseling service. Support with two axes: creating a climate for the entire organization and providing individual support to the parties involved.
The "Fami-One" welfare service supports the promotion of corporate health management, support for a healthy work-life balance, and promotion of women's activities by "improving employee literacy and fostering a corporate culture through seminars and training by experts" and "supporting individual employees through online health consultation.
Employees of companies that have introduced Fami-One can consult with qualified external nurses, psychologists, career consultants, and other professionals on a wide variety of topics online, regardless of time or location. By providing an environment where employees can consult anonymously and without the company knowing the content of the consultation, the system is expected to enhance psychological safety and improve employee satisfaction. In addition, by discussing concerns at an early stage and becoming aware of one's own physical and mental state, it can be expected to promote behavioral change and prevent health problems before they occur.
In addition, seminars/training sessions are provided for all employees by professional lecturers to increase literacy throughout the company.
