Background of Establishment
VERIPATH Corporation (VERIPATH) was established on September 8, 2025 by Yamaoka and Kawahara, founders of fixU Corporation (fixU), a provider of unmanned store services. Since its establishment in 2021, fixU has been working to create new value by providing unmanned operation, authentication, and access control services for co-working spaces and other commercial facilities.
In 2025, Fix-You will spin out the "KIDSCALL" business to establish VERIPATH Corporation to promote childcare security and DX, in conjunction with Fix-You's grouping with Photosynth Corporation.
