The City of Kobe and GoodButton Co., Ltd. have concluded a business collaboration agreement and agreed to launch a demonstration experiment of a "Postpartum Care Reservation Service. Both parties will work together to build a more user-friendly system.
1 Outline
(1) Background
The number of users of postpartum care in our city is on the increase. Although we have been making efforts to improve convenience by introducing electronic applications and other means, users have been asking for a way to monitor availability and make reservations online, leading us to conduct the first demonstration experiment of a reservation system in a government ordinance-designated city.

The "Postpartum Care Reservation Service" (Good Baton Co., Ltd.) allows users to complete applications for use, search for facilities, make reservations, and manage the number of times they use facilities on their smartphones.
