My Sherpa provides professional psychological care for a wide range of concerns, including parenting, marital relationships, anxiety about returning to work, and relationships with parents and in-laws.

Perinatal Mental Health Support in Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture
Ageo City, which is strengthening its support for childbirth and child-rearing, has introduced an online counseling service from September 2023, which pregnant and postpartum women can easily receive anywhere. The city has been quantitatively measuring changes in users' depressive symptoms and disclosing objective evaluation data on the effects of the introduction of the service.
The severity of depressive symptoms is assessed by the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9). A score of "10" determines whether moderate depressive symptoms are present.
Online counseling by a clinical psychologist and a licensed psychologist resulted in rapid improvement of depressive symptoms, which are usually prolonged, in three sessions.
Even those with severe depression showed rapid improvement with online counseling.
